Scott Sullivan Speaker Pro Tempore

Rep. Scott Sullivan of DeQueen is in his third term representing District 21, which is composed of Sevier County and part of Howard County.

Rep. Sullivan is speaker pro tempore of the House, appointed to that position by Speaker of the House Benny C. Petrus. During the 86th General Assembly, Mr. Sullivan is a member of the House Revenue and Taxation Committee, the House Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development Committee and the Legislative Council. He also serves on the House Management Committee and will be a House liaison to the Senate.

Rep. Sullivan is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia, where he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in agri-business. He is a rancher and a Methodist.
