The examinations are still administered at the exam site located at 101 East Capitol, Suite 106.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Arkansas Department of Health will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 10th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Freeway Medical Tower, 5800 West Tenth Street, Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to comment on the proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations for Cosmetology in Arkansas pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §17-26-101 et seq.
Copies of the proposed revisions are available for public inspection and copying at the Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Cosmetology, Room L253, 4815 W. Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed revisions are also available for inspection online through the Secretary of State website: www.sosweb.state.ar.us, administrative rules link.
The public may submit written comments regarding the proposed revisions to Renee Patrick, Interim Section Chief, Cosmetology, 4815 W Markham, MS18, Little Rock, AR, 72205-3867, or in person at the same address, no later than 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2009.
