Fee Schedules
In compliance with A.C.A. §17-26-209, the State Board of Cosmetology is mandated to collect fees in accordance to the following fee schedule:

| Examination | $30 per exam |
| Registration for reciprocity | $38, plus annual license fee |
| Renewal for practitioner | $12 annually |
| Registration for establishment | $30, plus annual license fee |
| Renewal for establishment | $20 annually |
| Origination for school | $500 one-time |
| Renewal for school | $100 annually |
| Duplicate license | $2 |
| Demonstrator’s permit | $15 annually |
| Student registration | $10 |
| Transfer of records | $5 |
| Reinstatement (all) | Regular amount, plus 50% of annual fee for each year lapsed |
