- Search for permit holders who HAVE NOT RENEWED their permits for Fiscal Year 2009.
Failure to renew permits by June 30, 2008 may result in fines and/or suspensions, as well as confiscation of ALL tobacco products.
It is ILLEGAL to buy or sell tobacco products without a permit.
