The 2006 FTA Tobacco Tax Annual Conference will be August 27 - 30, 2006, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The FTA Tobacco Tax Section Chairman, John Quinlan, North Dakota Tax Department, and Arkansas Tobacco Control Board Director, Chad Gallagher, cordially invite you to meet them in Little Rock and enjoy what this great state has to offer.
The conference will include daily general sessions discussing a variety of current issues in cigarette and tobacco products tax administration. Topics include states’ experiences with tax increases, criminal investigations, audit issues, Internet sales, and Master Settlement Agreement issues.
