database of the names and addresses of social workers
who are licensed by the Board.
- The
names and addresses of social workers who hold
a Certificate of Registration issued by the
Board.
- The
names and Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law
and Orders for social workers who have
been found
in violation of the Social Work Licensing
Law and/or Regulations.
