Complaints
The
Board is authorized to receive complaints against licensees
or applicants from any person. A complaint form may be
obtained from the board office or this web site. The Board
may in its own motion, in the absence of a written complaint,
initiate its own complaint and conduct an investigation of
a suspected violation if reasonable cause exists to believe
a violation has occurred.

Disciplinary Action
Arkansas Code Annotated (A.C.A.) §17-103-305 authorizes the Social Work
Licensing Board to take disciplinary action against licensed social workers
when it finds a violation of the Social Work Licensing Law has occurred.
A.C.A. §17-103-106(b) authorizes the Board to assist the Prosecuting
Attorney in enforcement of the Social Work Licensing Law as it pertains to
unlicensed individuals who practice social work or represent themselves to
the public as social workers.
The list of disciplinary actions is updated as new actions are taken.
