Attention Current Subscribers: Effective September 2008
Arkansas.gov has launched a new customer billing system. This system will provide subscribers with better reporting, easier access to maintain your account and much more. Our corporate partner, NIC Inc., is the provider of this service. Once logged into the new billing system, subscribers can access all billing information from September 2008 forward.

New Subscribers
An account with the Information
Network of Arkansas (INA) is required
to access services such as TVR's, TRL's,
searching the Arkansas Board of Nursing
registry or licenses and workers' compensation
claims and opinions. To

The annual subscription fee to the Information Network of Arkansas is $75.00. This fee includes access for up to ten (10) users in your organization. An additional ten (10) users may be added for $75.00 for a total subscription of $150.00 per year.
Thereafter, the annual subscription renewal is $75 ($150 if up to 20 users) and will be billed automatically by the method indicated on the account activation form.
Acceptable subscription payment methods are checks, money orders, valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards or the electronic check option from approved financial institutions. Please call 501-324-8900 or 877-727-3468 for additional information.
