Who is a Professional Soil Classifier?

In Arkansas:

	One who has met the educational and professional requirements as set forth in Act 460 of 1975; such as a B.S. degree in Agronomy or related area which includes at least 15 hours of soils classes, and has at least 1 year of experience under a registered professional soil classifier, and is approved by the Arkansas State Board of Registration for Professional Soil Classifiers .
	One whose skills have been successfully evaluated or tested by the State Board; and
	One who maintains their registration within the State of Arkansas by complying with the rules and regulations of the State Board and by paying their annual dues to the State Board.
