Senator Ruth Whitaker presents a print by John Bell, Jr. entitled, Capitol Avenue 1914. It is an image of horse drawn buggies and street cars on Capitol Avenue with the state capitol in the background. Senator Whitaker wanted to donate the print because so many people complimented it as it hung in her Senate office for many years.
