| Salute
to Greatness Gala |
| Each
year the Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission holds a
Salute to Greatness Banquet, honoring individuals, companies,
and organizations from across the state who have distinguished
themselves through community service. Observing Dr. King's tenet
that "Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve.",
the commission honors many unsung heroes for their unselfish
contribution to the welfare of others through unselfish commitment
and uncompensated service. |
