License Renewals are due December 31, 2002

All renewals, either filed electronically or by paper, not received by January 31, 2003 will be assessed a $50.00 per quarter penalty. In addition to the standard licensing fee, a $5.00 administrative services fee will be added to each online filing. This fee does not accrue to the Board.
