Nominations will be held for the Board's At-Large position currently held by Tony Smith

The board will accept nominations in person only and will require a minimum of 3 names.

The person being nominated would not necessarily have to be there. Interested persons shall apply at:

KEEP IN MIND - Five (5) members of the board shall be embalmers or funeral directors, or both, licensed under ยง 17-29-301 et seq. who shall have had at least five (5) consecutive years of active experience as embalmers or funeral directors in Arkansas immediately preceding appointment.

Final Draft of Reviewed Rule Changes by section 2012 - Please contact the Board office to determine effective date of change.
