Health Care Opportunities
Health care needs for the mature population are ever increasing. Medical professionals at the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, located on the University for Medical Sciences campus, are not only aware of these needs, they are on the cutting edge of new research and treatments. The center's objective is to help people live longer, healthier and productive lives. To help accomplish this, the institute created the Arkansas Aging Initiative in 2001. This network of seven satellite Centers on Aging are located across the state to give Arkansans and their families easy access to geriatric care and education.
