Our technical staff is available during regular office hours for telephone support.  You may also e-mail our staff with any questions or problems regarding Driver Watch.  Please be as specific as possible in you correspondence so that we may assist you in a timely manner.
Updating Your Subscription Account
Please notify our office if any of the information on your subscription has changed.  All modifications, including user names and requesting lost passwords, must be made in writing on company letterhead and faxed to 501-324-8904.
Changing Your Subscription Password
Once a password has been issued, it is the responsibility of each subscriber to keep the password in a safe location.  Tyler Arkansas will not give passwords over the phone. If you have forgotten your password, you must request a new password in writing on company letterhead.  For security purposes, we advise our subscribers to change their passwords quarterly.

View Your Subscription Billing Statement
You may view your monthly account transaction statement at any time.  The activity for the current month will be available as well as any other month that you were a subscriber.  This summary shows all driver record transactions, including single driver status and full record searches.

As a subscriber, you are also entitled to access individual commerical and non-commerical driver records instantly.  Record requests are $13.00 each and will be added to your subscriber account.  This is an off-site link and you will be prompted for you username and password.
