DIS is pleased to present the 2009 Annual Report. Last year was a busy one for the agency, as DIS Teams continued to work hard to meet the needs of customers and provide premier technology services for the State of Arkansas.

The Annual Report will highlight agency accomplishments over the last year, focusing on agency strategic goals, to include Operational Excellence, Financial Excellence, and Technology Leadership. The report also provides a brief overview of future plans for technology in the state. DIS is proud of each of the items accomplished in 2009 to make technology work more efficiently and effectively for the state agencies that we support and ultimately, the citizens that we serve.
