Survey Shows Customer Satisfaction Remains Steady

For the seventh consecutive year, DIS customer satisfaction levels exceeded the agency’s established performance measures of 3.75 out of five. For 2012, the overall customer satisfaction ranking was 4.1. This is comparable to the satisfaction score of 4.13 received in 2011 and above the 2010 satisfaction ranking of 4.08.
