Summary of Changes
MS 28010 has been revised to incorporate the AAPD Waiver as a service available to recipients of the Working Disabled category provided they meet the medical criteria of the AAPD waiver and the financial criteria of the Working Disabled category. Refer to Policy Directive MS 09-08 for guidance and procedures when approving an application for the Working Disabled category and the applicant also qualifies for the AAPD waiver. This directive also provides procedures when an AAPD recipient wants to transition to the Working Disabled category.
