Summary of Changes
MS 16045 has been revised to clarify in policy that the income and needs of non-qualified alien children will not be counted in the ARKids budget of their siblings who are citizens.
The paragraph in MS 16045 regarding citizen children with alien parents has been moved to a new sub-section, entitled “Citizen Children with Alien Parents/Siblings”.
