Currently
Service Coordination certification is open only to state
employees and licensed community program staff.
The program/individual must first make application to
the DDS Licensure and Certification Unit.
Once the applicant is approved to attend training, a
course will be scheduled and the individual notified of the
date and time. Upon
successful completion of the course, the certification and
licensure unit will be notified of the applicant’s score and
the certificate will be issued.
