The Quality Assurance Analysts improve standardization, coordination and information-sharing across the Department.  The unit also coordinates and streamlines the Department's Quality Assurance (QA) functions and reduces instances of fraud and abuse to improve service delivery and protect the safety and well-being of Arkansas citizens.
