| The Community Services section
is responsible for the direct and purchased service delivery of child welfare services
throughout the state and is administered by an Assistant Director for Community Services.
The Assistant Director of Community

| The Client Advocate assist the
general public with information about services and programs, inquiries
about general policies of the Division and assists others who
need information about current services. The Client
Advocate is Earsie
Hervey and she can be reached at 501-683-2735 |
| The
foster Parent Ombudsman serves as an advocate for foster parents
and acts as a liaison between the DCFS staff and the foster
parents. The Ombudsman helps answer questions, provides
training and assistance, and works to help resolve complaints or
problems the foster parents might be having with the Division.

Each area has an Area Manager and county-based staff. Minimum county office staffing
includes at least one Family Service Worker, a supervisor and an aide. The Division has
ten DCFS areas: |
