These Guidelines relate to income eligibility for the following programs:
ARSeniors: Equal to or Below 80%
Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) = 100% Poverty / Resource Limit = $4000 (I), $6000 (C)
Special Low Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB) = 120% Poverty / Resource Limit = see above
Commodities Distribution Program = 130% Poverty / Resource Limit = None
Weatherization programs = 125% Poverty / Resource Limit = None
Qualified Individual #1 = 135% Poverty Resource Limits = $4,000 (I), $6,000 (C)
Title V Older Worker Program = 125% Poverty Resources = None
Working Disabled = 250% (For each additional family member in the Working Disabled category add $750.00NOTE: State Older Worker Program limits are based
