Organizational Self-Assessment

Welcome to the Division of Volunteerism’s Organizational Self-Assessment Online Survey.  By clicking on the link below, you will have the opportunity to assess your organization.  This survey is an easy way to get a deeper understanding of your organization’s strengths and weaknesses. The survey is designed to guide you through a general assessment of your organization. There are no wrong answers. Please answer as honestly as possible so as to provide the most accurate picture of your organizational structure.  Once you have finished the survey please contact your area representative from DOV, let them know that you have completed the survey, and they will set up a time to help you understand the results and also talk with you about any technical assistance and training that would benefit your organization.
