About the Office of State Procurement

The Office of State Procurement (OSP) has primary responsibility and oversight for the State wide procurement of commodities, technical and professional services for all State agencies, Boards and Commissions and Colleges and Universities. OSP provides training in the Procurement Law, regulations and policies. OSP supports and administers several State wide contracts and the State purchasing, fuel and travel card programs. Marketing and Redistribution, part of OSP, is responsible for the disposal of state surplus property and equipment.

The Image Reproduction Equipment Contract (SP-07-0155) has been posted to the OSP website. Currently, four brands of equipment are available. Additional brand(s) will be added as manufacturers and products are approved. This is a PURCHASE ONLY CONTRACT no leasing, renting, or per page payment will be permitted.
