Pearl Harbor Survivor License Plate
Description: Specialty license plate for US Armed Forces survivors of the attack at Pearl Harbor, HI.
Eligibility: Issued to Arkansas residents who were a member of the US Armed Forces on December 7, 1941, during the hours of 7:55 am to 9:45 am Hawaii time at Pearl Harbor, the Island of Oahu, or offshore at a distance not to exceed three (3) miles.
Requirements: Verification of eligibility form signed by the Arkansas State Chairman of the Pearl Harbor Survivor Association. The form is furnished by the association.
