Governor names new Executive Director

Governor Mike Huckabee announced March 11, 2004 that J.R. Howard, of the Arkansas State Police, will become the new Executive Director for the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory effective April 5, 2004.

James Clark will be retiring to accept the position of Executive Director of the Criminal Justice Institute, which is part of the University of Arkansas system.
