Quality Rating and Improvement System
The proposed system consists of three levels. Each level outlines indicators that recognize a program's accomplishments and the quality of services to children and families. When implemented, this new system will replace the current Arkansas Quality Approval Accreditation.
During the next 12 months, a field test will be conducted and the following will be developed:
- QRS Forms, Policies and Procedures
- Communication Plan
- Incentives
- Overall Evaluation
