COPA Trainings
If you have not received training in Child Outcome Planning and Administration (COPA), need a refresher course or just need to know what requirements are new this year; you can visit the registry to find a class that is convenient for you. http://professionalregistry.astate.edu
- Basic COPA – You will learn the basic fundamentals of COPA. We will show you how to enroll your child and family; how to update attendance and meal count. You will learn how to navigate around in COPA and submit all information that is required by the Division.

Advanced COPA* –Those who have mastered the basics of COPA can attend an on-line class to learn about the new requirements for the 08-09 school year. We will show you what COPA has the potential to do. Have you ever wondered, “What’s that tab for?” or “How do I run this report?” then this class is for you.
*All programs are required to attend COPA training. We have new procedures we are implementing this year. We will be discussing updates in both Basic COPA and Advanced COPA. For more information contact your data specialist:
