October 1, 2009 changes include:

1. Cover page and Arkansas State Banking Board member update;

2. Rules and Regulations web page information with updated agency number;

3. Bank Powers – Section 2 – 48-307.1 and 48-309.1 -  remove language referencing the Arkansas State Library to perform trademark searches since the Library no longer provides this service;

4. Organizations/Operations – Section 8 – 47.317.1 – filing fee updated to reflect current fee;

5. Branch Banks – Section 9 – 48-309.2 - remove language referencing the Arkansas State Library to perform trademark searches since the Library no longer provides this service.
