Reporting Methods

Online Reporting

Click on the "NEW! File Online Holder Reports" icon at the top of this page to submit a report to us electronically or complete a paper report to mail in to us.

Diskette or CD-Rom

This method of NAUPA electronic reporting is required for holders with more than 100 records, but can be used for reports of any size. For NAUPA electronic text file guidelines, see the "NAUPA Electronic Reporting" section above."

Reporting Manually

Use this method only if you report fewer than 100 accounts each year. You can download a PDF copy of our reporting booklet by clicking on the "Forms" link above.
