This search will show all Fiscal Year 2023 permit holders who have NOT renewed their permits for Fiscal Year 2024. All permits are to be renewed by June 30, 2023.
Anyone on this list CANNOT buy or sell any tobacco products after June 30, 2023. Buying or selling without a permit may result in fines and/or suspensions AND confiscation of ALL tobacco products!
Wholesalers who sell to anyone without a permit will be subject to fines and/or suspensions also.
