§ 5-37-522.
Tobacco - Removal of serial number on container.
(a) It is unlawful for any person to remove, obliterate, or otherwise render
unreadable the manufacturer's serial number or code number on any case, carton, package,
or other container of any tobacco product.
(b) Any person violating a provision of this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

Confiscation of tobacco products authorized
Any cigarettes or tobacco products found in the possession of a person under eighteen (18) years of age may be confiscated by a certified law
enforcement officer or a school official and immediately destroyed.
