For 2008, licensees have the option of renewing by mail with the paper copies that have been sent to you, or using our new online renewal process.
For those renewing by mail, renewal fees MUST be accompanied with the proper renewal form. Fees received without the form or form received without fees will be returned for resubmission, which will delay the renewal process.

- Continuing education is a requirement for Individual active renewals.
- You can change the address, phone, fax, and/or email information. You cannot change your name.
- Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express to renew your license online.
IMPORTANT: In order to renew online, you must enter your entire license number including zeros.

For Individuals, you must also enter your birth date in the following format using the full year. (No slashes or dashes)
