Lapsed Licenses
2012 Expired Licenses
All licenses that expired on December 31, 2012 and were not renewed by April 1, 2013 are now lapsed. Specifically, Arkansas Code Annotated (A.C.A) § 17-12-504 pertains to the renewal of a license. Pursuant to A.C.A. § 17-12-504(f)(2) an expired license that has not been renewed prior to the first day of the fourth month after the expiration of the license or registration, specifically April 1, shall lapse.
Reinstatement of a Lapsed License
Individuals wishing to seek reinstatement of the license will be responsible for a reinstatement fee, applicable CPE requirements, and any other applicable requirements for reinstatement of a license as stated in A.C.A. § 17-12-504(g) and any penalties resulting from violations under A.C.A. § 17-12-601.
