The Arkansas State Board of Landscape Architects Board is composed of five (5) voting members and one (1) nonvoting member appointed by the Governor. Appointments are for a six-year term. Of the six members, four voting members are selected from among all landscape architects licensed and residing in the State of Arkansas, one voting member is selected from the recommendations furnished by the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General and the Program Director of the University of Arkansas School of Architecture, Program in Landscape Architecture, or his or her designee, is a nonvoting member. The Board is required to hold two regular meetings each year and such other meetings as the Board deems necessary.
