Please proceed as follows to obtain the appropriate
form(s) needed:
1.
Do
not open the form at this point.
Instead, right-click the link to the appropriate renewal form and select
"Save Target As..." to save the form onto your computer or
network. You can now close the AREC webpage.
2.
Using the
form which you have saved to your computer or network, complete the entries as
requested.
3.
After
completing all the required entries, print the form.
4.
Have the
form signed where requested.
5.
Mail the
signed form along with the appropriate renewal fee to AREC at the address shown
below.
