AREC Complaint Procedures

The mission of AREC is to protect the public interest. One of the ways the Commission does that is through its Investigative Section. Members of the public who feel a real estate broker or salesperson has not conducted himself or herself properly in a real estate transaction can file a complaint with the Commission.
