A certified general appraiser since 1992, he currently practices in Bentonville and the majority of his work is of a commercial nature. Rife was Chairman of the Board of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce and has 16 years of experience as a member of the City of Bentonville’s Planning Commission. He is a founding member of the Living Waters United Methodist Church. Currently, Rife serves on the Board of Directors of the Benton County Habitat for Humanity. He is married to Donna Tipton Rife and they have three children and five grandchildren.

Dr. Horace Howard

Since 1997, he has been a Master Senior Appraiser with the National Association of Master Appraisers and is a candidate for accreditation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Bruce is involved in community service as a member of the Board of Directors, St. Francis Levee District and is a past president and member of the Mississippi County Equalization Board. He is also a certified appraiser in Missouri and Mississippi.

B.A. McIntosh

He is married to Beverly McIntosh and they have one son, Alex.

He has spent 17 years as a unit leader for the Boy Scouts until retiring recently but still remains on the organization’s Council Executive Board. He and his wife, Pam, have four children.
