The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is
preparing to hold a series of housing workshops across the state of Arkansas.
These workshops are an opportunity for interested persons to learn more about
ADFA’s housing programs and even receive technical assistance.

meet the ever-increasing demand for affordable housing is a challenge that is as
important to Arkansas as a healthy diversified economy and full employment.
Attendees can choose from the following four workshops:
• Single Family "HomeToOwn" Loan Program:
"Arkansas Lending for 1st time homebuyers"
• Compliance Monitoring: "Dotting all the "i’s"
and crossing all the "t’s"
