ADFA Board

A board of directors governs the affairs of the Authority. It is composed of the State Treasurer, Director of the Department of Finance and Administration, and eleven public members appointed by the Governor. The President of the Authority is an ex-officio, non-voting member of the board.

The public members represent a broad cross section of interests from all geographic regions of the state. They voluntarily bring to the Authority a diversity of experience, talent and opinion.

	Anthony Brooks, President of Platinum Drywall Inc., Little Rock, AR . His term expires January 14, 2013. (reappointment pending)			Sonny Jones, Self employed in the timber industry. His term on the board expires January 14, 2014.
	Julie Mills, Executive Vice President, Arkansas Homebuilders Association. Her term expires January 14, 2017.			Walter Nixon III, Commission Legal Advisor at Arkansas Public Service Commission. His term on the board expires January 14, 2015.
	Martha Shoffner, State Treasurer for the State of Arkansas. She is an ex-officio member of the board.			Alan Lee Turnbo, Executive Director, Cabot Housing Authority. His term on the board expires January 14, 2016.
	Art Morris, Retired banker, Siloam Springs, AR. His term on the board expires January 14, 2015.			Charley Baxter, Director, Patrick Henry Hays Senior Citizens Center, North Little Rock. His term expires January 14, 2017. (reappointment pending)
	VICE CHAIR Richard Burnett of Gassville, AR - His term on the board expires January 2014.			Richard Weiss, Director, Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Little Rock. He is an ex-officio member of the board.
	Tom Spillyards, .President and CEO of Simmons First Bank of Northwest Arkansas. His term on the board expires January 14, 2017. (reappointment pending)			Jennifer Ronnel of Little Rock, AR - Her term on the board expires January 2016.
