Proceeds from the issue will be used to make loans for five Arkansas companies to purchase, expand or equip new manufacturing companies.

The facilities to be financed with the proceeds of the bonds consist of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 21,000-square foot gymnasium and related facilities. The school is located at 1701 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Bond proceeds to fund a portion of the Arkansas Cancer Research Center, as authorized by Act 9 of the First Extraordinary Session of the 2006 General Assembly.
