ADFA Hosts Four Regional Affordable Housing & Application Workshops

 

            Is there a need for affordable housing in your community? Are you interested in developing affordable single or multi-family housing?  What resources are available in Arkansas to help develop it?  What are the guidelines to apply?  What are the guidelines for compliance? What is Universal Design?

           

In October, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) will host four “Regional Affordable Housing and Application Workshops”.  The workshops are designed for builders, developers, real estate brokers and agents, mortgage lenders, non-profit organizations and community officials engaged in affordable housing activities.

           
        Each workshop will provide information on:

 

 

      Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m.  Meetings begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.  Below is a list of the dates, times and locations.  Check for the location nearest you.

Participants will hear from Sara Braswell, ADFA Vice President of Housing; Thalia Lee, ADFA Housing Compliance Manager; Bruce Bokony, ADFA Multifamily Housing Manager; and Victor Turner, ADFA HOME Program Manager and Kory Smith with the University of Arkansas School of Architecture.
