Affordable housing: Who qualifies? Is there enough? What resources are available in Arkansas to help develop it? What are the guidelines to apply? What are the guidelines for compliance?
In October, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) will host four “Regional Affordable Housing and Application Workshops”. The workshops are designed for builders, developers, real estate brokers and agents, mortgage lenders, non-profit organizations and community officials engaged in affordable housing activities.
Each workshop will feature the following three concurrent sessions:
Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m. Meetings begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Below is a list of the dates, times and locations. Check for the location nearest you.
