November 2014

Introduction

The FY2014 Annual Report of Program Activity is again presented in four main sections. The first section is Homeownership which consists of HomeToOwn, Downpayment Payment Assistance and Arkansas Dream Downpayment Initiative.

The Affordable Rental Housing section includes activities in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HOME programs and other smaller programs as illustrated in the tables.

Economic development projects, conduit activity and other infrastructure projects such as Safe Drinking Water are included in the Development Finance section.

As many numbers and statistics are included in the report, more graphs and analyses are included this year in order to give a clearer picture of the activity.

As we have done in the past few years, we also utilize the FY2014 annual report to provide a profile of tenants in Low Income Housing Tax Credits at the end of the previous calendar year. This year’s profile is for tenants as of December 31, 2013.
